All of our Screen Printing is performed by hand. This intimate involvement in the screening process allows us to maintain stringent standards, as any inconsistency is immediately observed by the
printer. Automatic presses lack the ability to identify problems, as machines are not artistically-minded
perfectionists. As a result, each garment we produce is truly a hand-made piece of art.

We are first and foremost artists. This is evidenced in superior craftsmenship and our unwaivering
commitment to our screen printing processes. Because of Studio One Screen Printing’s close attention
to detail, we currently provide printing services to over 40 private label clothing companies nationwide.
These discerning organizations trust us to adhere to their specific requirements.

Industrial Level Capacities: While strictly adereing to our ‘quality over quantity’ mentality, we are still able to comfortably produce thousands of pieces per 8 hour print shift. We will print garments in up to three shifts per day, if the scale of your project dictates such a need. Don’t have a huge order? Fear not; we will print orders of as few as 12 shirts, and in some instances have screen printed single, “One-of-a-Kind” pieces.

We specialize in Oversized Printing (Up to 18” Wide by 24” Tall). Most screen printers offer a maximum print area of 14” x 14”. As fashion trends change, we too have adapted to the larger sized formats desired by many of our clients. We are the ONLY screen printers in the VA, MD, and Washington D.C. area offering these oversized screen printing options to our clients.

We offer Custom Neck Tag Printing. Removal of the generic factory tags from a garment and the subsequent printing of your own custom label, is a finishing touch which propels your screen printing project to the next level. This truly transforms a blank garment into a retail-ready product, and exudes an air of consummate professionalism. This technique is utilized by many higher-end clothing companies.

Speciality Printing Processses including Metallic Inks, Foil Applications, and Glow-in-the-Dark Inks. We can utilize any type of specialty process you desire. If we have not employed any given technique, we'll literally spend hours researching and practicing until we are comfortable with your project’s required needs.
